Depot Avenue is a pedestrian-only thoroughfare, which provides a quiet, neighborhood feel, despite being in the heart of the community. Free covered parking for a compact car or small SUV is available for one vehicle off the alley.
445 Depot is in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in the Owner’s Good Neighbor Protection program. Smart home technology alerts the Owner’s Team to excessive decibel or occupancy levels, allowing the Owner’s Team to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy-compliant and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices—not personal conversation or information.
